Subir Roy Choudhury, with a strong technical background and varied professional experience of 38 years across the entire spectrum of Petroleum industry, including Cross Country pipelines and refineries was the Ex-Chairman of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and also served as Director (Marketing), HPCL.

With exemplary Leadership Skills, he is a prominent and well-connected personality in the Petroleum Industry in India and abroad and the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Govt. of India. He has some remarkable achievements like Commissioning of the 9MMPTA Guru Govind Singh Refinery, Debottlenecking and capacity expansion of Visakh & Mumbai HPCL refineries, Full operationalization of Mundra Delhi petroleum Pipeline, Pivotal role in crystallizing the HPCL RAJASTHAN REFINERY and much more.

He has profound experience in the areas of Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain, Strategy, Government coordination and mostly in leadership roles. Also has the Distinction of being rewarded as the “Best Retailer” in IndianOil Corporation repeatedly, he is an articulate communicator and an effective team leader skilled to steer teams to achieve business goals. He has accomplished development of effective processes and directing logistic functions, supply chain management.
